Success at Communisis in Speke!
Updated: Feb 5, 2019
Well done to all 21 of our learners at Communisis in Speke, on the completion of the ‘Improving Operational Performance’ Level 2 Apprenticeship Programme. Over the past 12 months, through hard work and dedication, we’ve had timely completions over January. This has benefited our learners and Communisis, giving them the tools, skills and knowledge that they need to take Communisis forward. This has been achieved through continuous improvement with cross – functional teams and standardising operations to eliminate waste within their business.
Here’s what some of our learners from Communisis had to say on programme completion!
‘Excellent programme! Special thank you to Rob and Martin. Great Teaching styles with humour. You are two very knowledgeable guys that I have enjoyed working with over the past year. Thankyou!!’
Jay Carmichael, Technical Production Manager
‘The programme has taught me a lot of essential skills about ‘Continuous Improvement’, its philosophy and tools used to achieve progress. It helped me to see waste differently in my working environment and the company’s need to improve efficiency, quality and safety.’
Mateusz Moskala, Production Team Leader
‘I feel more confident and able to take on projects relating to the course. I have the underlying knowledge to effectively problem solve and come up with solutions that that will benefit the business. The training is extremely comprehensive and delivered in a way, so that you truly understand all aspects of what’s being taught.’
